1. Rotate and remove the atomizer head from the top of the unit.
2. Remove the internal oil bottle and fill it with a waterless fragrance or essential oil suitable for cold-air diffusion.
3. Reinstall the oil bottle and securely tighten the atomizer head.
4. Power on the diffuser using the base button.
5. Optional:

• Download the Bluetooth app (iOS / Android).
• Long-press the power button for 3–5 seconds to enable Bluetooth mode.
• Connect via the app to adjust intensity, work/pause cycles, and timer settings (2h / 4h / 8h).

For best performance, clean the oil bottle and atomizer approximately every 2 months using alcohol.

What type of diffuser is the MINIPro?

The MINIPro is a cold-air (waterless) diffuser that uses micro-nebulization to disperse fragrance oils into ultra-fine particles. It does not use heat or water.

What kind of oils can I use?

Use waterless fragrance oils or essential oils suitable for cold-air diffusion. Do not use water, alcohol-based blends, or thick carrier oils.

Can I use this diffuser with heating or air conditioning?

The MINIPro is a standalone diffuser and does not connect to HVAC systems. It operates safely in climate-controlled environments but should not be installed inside air ducts.

Is it safe to use around pets and children?

When used as directed and at appropriate intensity levels, the MINIPro is safe for general indoor use. Always ensure good ventilation and avoid over-scenting. If you have pets or fragrance-sensitive individuals, start at the lowest intensity setting.

How loud is the diffuser?

The MINIPro operates at or below 40 dB, making it suitable for bedrooms, offices, studios, and retail spaces without disrupting conversation or focus.

How long does a bottle of oil last?

Oil usage depends on intensity settings. On low settings, a bottle can last up to approximately 750 hours. On higher settings, usage averages around 240 hours.

How do I control the diffuser?

You can control the diffuser using the button on the base or through the Bluetooth app (iOS and Android), which allows you to adjust intensity, work and pause cycles, and timer settings (2h, 4h, or 8h). Only one mobile device can be connected at a time.

Does it need to be plugged in all the time?

No. The MINIPro includes a built-in 5000 mAh rechargeable battery and can operate cordlessly or while charging via USB.

How often should I clean the diffuser?

We recommend cleaning every two months or whenever you change fragrance types. Cleaning involves rinsing the oil bottle and briefly running alcohol through the system.

Will it leave residue on furniture or walls?

No. When used correctly with compatible oils, cold-air diffusion does not leave moisture, residue, or stains.

Can I tilt or move the diffuser while it’s running?

No. The diffuser should remain upright at all times to prevent oil leakage and ensure proper atomization.

What should I do if the diffuser stops misting?

Check that the oil bottle and atomizer head are securely tightened, confirm the oil tube is not blocked, ensure the unit is charged, and clean the atomizer if buildup is present.

Is the MINIPro suitable for commercial use?

Yes. It is well suited for small commercial spaces such as boutiques, salons, studios, offices, and reception areas. For larger spaces or HVAC scenting, a ducted system is recommended.

Does the diffuser come with a warranty?
