PROCESSING TIME

Please be advised that the delivery times on shipping quotes do not account for processing time (the time it takes to prepare your order.) While we try to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible, we reserve the right to take up to 7 days for your order to be fully processed and shipped.

FRAUD ANALYSIS

Our system utilizes fraud analysis to protect our company from risky transactions with a high likelihood of a chargeback or other instances of fraud. In the event that your order is detected as having a medium risk or high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or hold your order further for verification. If our system detects a moderate to sever risk of fraud, we may ask you to verify your identity and that you placed your order. If we do not receive a response or proper verification for your order within 30 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment to the original payment method used to place the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

World of Aromas bears no responsibility and cannot assist with claims related to lost or stolen packages. For assistance regarding your shipments, please reach out to the carrier for your packages directly using the tracking number provided at the time of fulfillment.

RETURNED & RESHIPPED ORDERS

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or any other reason, the customer is responsible for all reshipment costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders will only be reshipped after the new shipping fee has been paid.
