Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT USE, RAW MATERIALS, AND SAFETY POLICY
All materials and products sold by World of Aromas Inc., including but not limited to fragrance oils, aroma chemicals, absolutes, isolates, solvents, bases, compounds, blends, and raw materials (collectively, “Materials”), are intended for external use only and are not food-grade or ingestible.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted this Product Use, Raw Materials, and Safety Policy as part of these Terms.
SECTION 7 – RAW MATERIALS, FORMULATION, TESTING, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS SECTION LIMITS OUR LIABILITY.
All Materials are sold AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, except as expressly stated herein.
Mandatory Pre-Use Testing:
Customers must inspect, smell, and test all Materials in small quantities upon receipt and before any blending, dilution, reformulation, heating, or production use. Failure to perform such testing constitutes assumption of all risk.
Assumption of Risk Upon Use:
Once a Material is opened beyond evaluation or altered in any way, all risk of loss immediately and irrevocably transfers to the customer, including batch failure, incompatibility, instability, odor degradation, recall, delay, or commercial loss.
No Downstream or Collateral Liability:
World of Aromas Inc. shall not be liable for damage to other materials, formulas, batches, finished goods, labor, production costs, lost profits, lost business, or third-party claims, regardless of foreseeability or advice given.
Limited Remedy:
Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy is replacement or refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion, within thirty (30) days of purchase. Liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific Material. No claims will be accepted for used, blended, altered, or partially consumed Materials.
No Warranties:
All express and implied warranties are disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or suitability for cosmetic, air-care, fine fragrance, or commercial use. Any technical guidance is advisory only.
Regulatory Responsibility:
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including IFRA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, EU, and international requirements, as well as safety testing, labeling, allergen declarations, and documentation.
Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless World of Aromas Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from use or misuse of Materials or customer products.
Professional Use Acknowledgment:
World of Aromas Inc. is a supplier of raw materials, not a formulator of customer products.
This section survives termination of these Terms.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion and to limit quantities per person, household, or order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information.
SECTION 9 – SUPPLEMENT INFORMATION
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
