At World of Aromas, we are committed to delivering quality products with transparent policies. Please review the following return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
General Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Used, opened, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Pricing and Tariff Changes
All prices reflect prevailing market costs, tariffs, and supply conditions at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market volatility, tariff adjustments, and supply fluctuations. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued at the lower of the original purchase price or the current listed price at the time the return is received and approved. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments, credits, or refunds based on market changes, tariff removals, promotional pricing, or future discounts. Sales are final at the time of purchase with respect to the market conditions and tariffs in effect at that time.
Non-Refundable Items
Any product that has been used, opened, damaged, or altered after delivery is not eligible for refund or exchange. Custom-made products or made-to-order items are non-refundable. Products returned after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Approved returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Shipping charges, handling fees, and any separately listed tariff surcharges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. To qualify for an exchange, items must meet all general return conditions stated above.
Abandoned Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited and returned to stock. Customers will be issued a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of the merchandise.
Out of Stock Items
In the event an item ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will make an attempt to reach out and offer either a refund for that item or an exchange with an item of equal or lesser value. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we will automatically refund the value of the out of stock item(s) and proceed with fulfillment of the remainder of the order.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact sales@worldofaromas.com within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Right to Refuse Returns
World of Aromas reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. Items received in a used, opened, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Final Notice
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return and Refund Policy in full, including all terms regarding pricing fluctuations, tariffs, returns, and forfeiture of uncollected merchandise.
