2) Customer Responsibilities

• Suitability: You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for your intended use before purchase and use.
• Testing: Always perform a patch test and conduct your own compatibility, stability, and performance testing in your formulas or finished goods.
• Regulatory due diligence: If you resell or incorporate our materials into products, you must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards (e.g., IFRA, INCI labeling, cosmetic regulations, packaging/transport rules).

3) Safety & Handling

• Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, eye protection, masks) when handling concentrated or undiluted materials.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, sparks, and direct sunlight. Follow any storage guidance on the product label.
• Certain raw materials may be hazardous in concentrated form. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and follow all precautions before handling.

4) No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

World of Aromas does not provide medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any informational content is for educational purposes only.

5) Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that handling concentrated fragrance and cosmetic materials entails inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with storage, handling, mixing, application, transportation, repackaging, or resale.

6) Limitation of Liability

World of Aromas, its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, formulation errors, incompatibilities, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or non-compliance with laws or standards.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price of the product at issue.

7) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World of Aromas from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the products, your failure to perform appropriate testing, or your violation of applicable laws and regulations.

8) Regulatory & Compliance Notice

• IFRA/Allergens: Where applicable, adhere to IFRA standards, usage levels, and any local allergen disclosure requirements.
• INCI: Use correct INCI names on cosmetic labels and comply with any country-specific labeling rules.
• Transport: Follow all shipping and transport regulations (e.g., flammable goods, limited quantities) relevant to your jurisdiction.

9) Acceptance of Policy

Your purchase or use of World of Aromas products constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Product Use & Safety Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

10) Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
