Shipping Rates

World of Aromas uses third-party carriers to determine approximated shipping rates for all shipments. Please note that carrier-provided rates are not always accurate, and that World of Aromas reserves the right to remit to you invoices for additional shipping charges.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available from our carriers, but please be advised that the delivery time advertised by carriers only accounts for transit time, and not handling time.

Handling Time

We generally try to ship orders on the day they were received; however World of Aromas reserves the right to take additional time to prepare your order. If an order can not be fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days, we will attempt to notify you of the delay via the contact method you provided during checkout.

Returned Shipments

World of Aromas will not refund or cover additional shipping charges to resend a shipment returned to us due to a fault in the address information provided during checkout. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are able to receive their packages at the location they provide.

Fraud Analysis

Our system utilizes fraud analysis to protect our company from risky transactions with a high likelihood of a chargeback or other instances of fraud. In the event that your order is detected as having a medium risk or high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or hold your order further for verification. If our system detects a moderate to sever risk of fraud, we may ask you to verify your identity and that you placed your order. If we do not receive a response or proper verification for your order within 30 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment to the original payment method used to place the order.
